Arfington Pet Resort is dedicated to providing a safe place for your pet to enjoy their time away from home. For this reason we have policies that apply to ALL guests:

Reservations & First Time Guests
Please call us at 954-777-3647. First time guests also need to fill out a Pet Profile agreement which gives us pertinent information regarding your pet’s preferences, socialization experiences, medical history, and any special needs.

Please allow time to fill out the forms, or download them and bring them in completed. Once you book in our website or by phone the acceptance of this waiver will be required in order for your booking to be effective. No dog will be received without the waiver signed.

All dogs will be given a temperament test before their first admission. If they do not appear to be social with other guests, they will be assigned to private play only, no group play. If they appear to be overly aggressive or sick, they will be refused admission for the protection of the other guests. We have the right to decline any service request.

Dogs

  • All dogs must be at least 5 months old.
  • All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered.
  • All dogs must be current on all vaccinations; DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies (proof required), and on flea & tick prevention.
  • We don’t accept aggressive dogs.

About Food & Medicine

  • You must provide your own food, or we will serve ours for $3.00 per cup.
  • We provide mid-day and bedtime snacks to all guests. If your pet has dietary restrictions, let us know and we can give them a snack you bring from home, or an alternative snack (if we have one that is acceptable), or will not give them a snack at all, if necessary.
  • If your pet needs medication, make sure you bring it with you and give us specific instructions. Sorry, but no injections will be administered.

Toys & Bedding

  • Your pet will be provided with clean, soft bedding. Please do NOT bring any items from home.
  • We offer a variety of toys out in park that do not present a choking hazard. Toys are sanitized nightly.
  • We cannot guarantee the safe return of any personal items so please do not bring them.

About Payment

  • Cash, debit and credit are acceptable forms of payment. Sorry, but no checks!
  • Non-refundable $100 deposit required for all holiday stays.

Monday-Friday 7:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Day of  picking up: If picking up before 9:00 am there’s no day fee. Anything after 9:00 am is $30 for the day fee
